Day 13 complete
Website May 16th, 2008Today was a little bit flatter than yesterday! For most of the day we were cycling alongside the Lochs, starting with Loch Leven, then Loch Linnhe, Loch Lochy, Loch Oich, and finally Loch Ness! What alot a Lochs! Bit of a stretch along the Caledonian canal that have us a break from the traffic on the A82 Inverness road. Arrived in Drumnadrochit in good time, another beautiful evening in the Highlands! Tomorrow the east coast of Scotland and Dornoch…

It’s been such a pleasure watching you from the comfort of our office chairs!! You’ve both done so well, we’ll miss the reality TV, and can now only look forward to Big Brother… NOT!!! Lots of luck and love for the last big push. xx

Do you have any photos of Nessie for your blog? Loving tracking your progress - what am I going to do next week when you’ve finished?!
Ok, so you have had all of this thinking time - what’s the next challenge? (apart from marriage, Chris!)
Enjoy your last day tomorrow - can’t believe that 2 weeks have flown so much.
Love from us all in Chester xxx

I will probably not be anywhere near a computer tomorrow so congratulations on what you have achieved so far and good luck with the last leg. It still amazes me how quickly you seem to be zipping up the length of the country.
We’re all looking forward to seeing David next week - you’ve done so well I won’t even force you to drink my home made cider!

True, a lotta lochs! At one point we thought you had gone for a swim with your bikes. Like others, we will be lost with no progress to follow. Why not cycle home!
Well done again. With one more day to go and the end in sight you should be happy and proud of your achievement.
Love, Dad and Mum (and to Catherine and Frank)
